Getting started
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start a trial on any plan. A card is required, but you won't be charged until day 14. Cancel anytime before then and you won't pay a cent.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Pick a plan, start your trial and you're up and running in minutes.
How do I get started?
Head to Pricing, choose a plan and begin your 14-day free trial. If you'd like to talk through fit, contact us and we'll help you set it up.
Plans & billing
What's included in the plan?
There's one Bookley plan. It includes unlimited members, every feature, and up to 10 bookable spaces per location. Additional spaces are $10/month each. Add more spaces at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Switch between monthly and annual billing at renewal, or cancel anytime via the billing portal — no support ticket needed.
Does Bookley support multiple locations?
Yes. You can run any number of locations from one account. Each location is billed separately at $149/month (or $1,485/year).
Who pays for Bookley?
The business operator subscribes to Bookley. You can then charge your members however you choose — Bookley doesn't take a cut of bookings.
